Our minimum order quantity is exactly 100 pieces per color and design style. This low MOQ threshold is optimized to help startups and streetwear brands run small-batch test runs, preventing excessive upfront inventory risks.
S P CREATION is a dedicated Cut-Make-Trim (CMT) contract sewing workshop. We provide high-quality stitching assembly, custom sizing layouts, industrial garment cutting, screen printing, and packaging for t-shirts, hoodies, activewear, sweatpants, and school/work uniforms.
No, S P CREATION does not weave or manufacture fabrics, nor do we operate neck label manufacturing. We are purely a garment assembly and stitching facility. We CMT-process fabric rolls supplied by our clients or sourced to order, and sew on branding labels provided directly by you.
Yes. Before launching a bulk stitching run, we construct custom pre-production garment samples based on your size charts and techpacks. This ensures fits, seams, and fabric fall meet your standards before mass production begins.
We import your sizing blueprints and spec sheets into digitized marker layouts. Our pattern grading engineers scale the master fit pattern proportionally across all sizes (XS to 3XL) to ensure the fit balance remains uniform.
Our factory is located at 226/1806, First Floor, Road Number 6, Motilal Nagar No.1, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104. You can book an appointment to visit our sewing floors to check out our sewing lines.
Once raw fabric rolls are approved and sample prototypes are signed off, our standard production lead time is typically 15 to 25 business days, depending on line scheduling and seasonal order queues.
Our standard CMT contracting and job work services run on a 50% advance deposit and 50% on final dispatch verification. We work with national freight suppliers to ship finished garments anywhere in India.
