Our Production Standard & Fabric Selection
At our Goregaon workshop in Mumbai, we merge standard production lines with modern quality compliance. We stitch high-quality garments for streetwear brands, corporate entities, and premium sportswear clubs. Sourcing only premium combed cotton fibers, we offer fashion brands and designers an exhaustive library of knit and weave profiles.
Our selections span from lightweight 180 GSM cotton single-jerseys for standard tees, to dense 280 GSM interlocks for luxury oversized shirts, and heavyweight 380-450 GSM loopback fleece for streetwear hoodies. Every batch undergoes structural design alignment to ensure exact silhouette replication. Our sewing processes utilize precision locks, seam-density configurations, and durable thread counts to guarantee that the final products maintain their shape through heavy wear.
We also pay careful attention to structural details. We offer custom Lycra-infused 1x1 flat ribs for collar bands that resist sagging over time, dual-needle cover-stitched necklines, and reinforced shoulder-to-shoulder interior taping to absorb wear tension.
Pattern & Textile Grading
Our technicians convert customer design concepts into digital tech pack layouts. This process ensures exact fabric alignment and consistent garment dimensions across different sizing configurations. We offer guidance on selecting yarn fibers, loop weights, and custom color dyeing.
Using advanced computerized grading algorithms, we calculate proportional shrinkages and stretch factors. This ensures that whether you are ordering a standard box-fit XS or an oversized streetwear XXL, the sleeve length, drop-shoulder slope, and chest proportions maintain the exact intended silhouette layout.
Audited Assembly & Pressing
We operate multiple inline QC checks during the cutting, sewing, and final packaging phases. Our Goregaon factory uses professional thread-tension calibrations to prevent stitching structural failure, ending with customized labeling and steam pressing.
Our team audits seams for SPI consistency (Stitches-Per-Inch), checks print coordinates against tech pack templates, and subjects finished runs to high-temp commercial steam-ironing to settle the cotton fibers and eliminate dimensional shrinkage before boxing.
