Terms of Service & Manufacturing Policy

2. Sampling & Pre-Production Sign-Off

To guarantee complete design and fit accuracy, we provide physical Pre-Production Samples (PPS) within 3 to 5 working days following tech pack submission:

• Mass cutting and bulk assembly begin only after the client inspects and provides written approval for the sample prototype.
• Minor pattern adjustments or measurement corrections are accommodated during the sampling stage.
• Sample development fees are adjusted or credited against the subsequent bulk production run upon confirmation.

3. Contract Job Work (CMT) & Fabric Supply

For clients supplying their own fabric rolls directly to our Goregaon West facility under our Cut-Make-Trim (CMT) job work program:

• S P CREATION executes computerized marker nesting, precision cutting, multi-needle stitching, printing/embroidery integration, and finishing.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied fabric rolls are pre-shrunk, uniform in dye lot, and free from manufacturing defects.
• Standard cutting and sewing tolerances conform to standard Indian textile industry benchmarks (+/- 2-3%).

4. Payment Terms & Production Timelines

Our payment structure is straightforward and aligned with raw material procurement and sewing scheduling:

• Advance Deposit: A standard 50% advance deposit confirms fabric booking, pattern cutting, and printing queue allocation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is payable upon production completion and final quality audit, prior to dispatch.
• Standard Lead Times: Standard bulk production runs are completed within 7 to 10 working days following sample approval and deposit confirmation.

5. Quality Inspection, Dispatch & Logistics Handover

All finished garments undergo 100% manual quality audits, industrial steam pressing, and corrugated box packing. Shipments are dispatched Ex-Factory from Goregaon West, Mumbai. Clients may arrange self-pickup or utilize third-party logistics partners for delivery across India.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All commercial agreements and purchase orders entered with S P CREATION are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
