These legal terms establish the commercial framework governing all bulk apparel contracts, technical sample submissions, precision cutting protocols, and shipping terms negotiated with S P CREATION.
1. Custom Bulk Contracts & MOQ Thresholds
S P CREATION operates strictly as a bulk commercial manufacturer and contract job-work provider. We only enter commercial manufacturing agreements for production runs that meet our baseline Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), which are set at 100 pieces per style and colorway for standard knitted items (tees, hoodies, sweatpants) and 250 pieces for custom corporate uniforms.
All manufacturing lines, production times, and bulk price estimates are subject to final validation upon receipt of complete clothing tech packs containing design vectors, GSM properties, and rib configurations.
2. Sizing Approval & Pre-Production Sampling
To secure fit accuracy, a physical Pre-Production Sample (PPS) is stitched and sent to the client for evaluation. Mass line cutting and bulk stitching begin only after receiving written technical sign-off from the client.
S P CREATION maintains a high quality standard, ensuring fabric shrinkage limits remain within standard commercial tolerances (+/- 3%) and colorfastness grades match industrial quality criteria.
3. Shipment Terms & Logistics Protocols
All finished bulk apparel shipments originate from our factory floor in Goregaon West, Mumbai. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, S P CREATION executes bulk shipping agreements under Ex-Works (EXW) Mumbai commercial terms.
Finished apparel is packed securely in moisture-resistant cartons. S P CREATION coordinates necessary commercial transport documentation, while domestic or export shipping fees, customs duties, and warehouse delivery charges remain the exclusive financial responsibility of the client.
4. Job Work & Fabric Limitation Liability
For contract CMT job-work where clients deliver fabric rolls directly to our factory, we execute computerized pattern nesting and precision knife cutting.
While we guarantee maximum fabric yield optimization within standard technical tolerances, S P CREATION does not assume liability for weaving structural flaws, fabric shrinkage variations, or print bleeding originating from the client's raw textile suppliers.
5. Payments, Cancellations & Commercial Disputes
Payment milestones are structured to handle raw materials procurement and pattern grading setups:
- Advance Deposit: A standard non-refundable 50% deposit of the total contract value is required to queue printing and pattern grading.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon production completion and quality audit sign-off, prior to logistics dispatch.
- Cancellations: Order cancellations are not permitted once fabric rolls have been cut, or custom sublimation printing has been executed.
