We guarantee the confidentiality of all custom clothing designs, sizing charts, pattern grading layouts, and tech packs submitted to our Goregaon West workshop.
1. Vector Design & Tech-Pack Integrity
At S P CREATION, we recognize that your customized apparel designs, vector art files, grading coordinates, and print separations represent critical proprietary business assets. We officially guarantee that all digital design specifications shared with us for quoting or contract assembly:
- Are stored inside secure local directories accessible only by senior production managers.
- Will never be sold, leased, shared, or adapted for other brands or competing labels.
- Are completely deleted from our marker grading servers within 30 days of contract dispatch upon written client instruction.
2. Sourcing Data & Billing Log Retention
We collect basic administrative and corporate information strictly to provide custom garment manufacturing estimates and coordinate bulk transport log shipping:
- Corporate Identity: Company registration names, business GST details, primary billing addresses, and representative contact logs.
- Technical Files: Sizing charts, print coordinates, Pantone colors, fabric GSM layouts, and label dimensions.
3. Supply Chain Verification & Freight Shares
We do not transfer or share your brand information. The only exceptions are trusted cargo shipping lines and domestic road freight forwarders, who receive basic packing lists and delivery addresses solely to ship finished clothing crates from our workshop to your warehouses.
4. Infrastructure & Server Protections
To secure digital communication, uploads submitted via our quote portals are encrypted using standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols. We maintain network firewalls and restricted system permissions to prevent external breaches, ensuring your data is fully protected.

S P CREATION operates in accordance with digital privacy principles and the Indian Information Technology Act (IT Act).
