Our custom t-shirt line spans 160 GSM up to 260 GSM 100% pure combed cotton premium bio-washed Cotton Sinker Fabric in rich solid colorways. We construct boxy oversized streetwear cuts, dropped shoulder armholes, tailored half sleeves, and reinforced 1.25-inch high-density spandex ribbed collars that retain their tight circular shape without sagging. Fabric surfaces are treated with bio-polish enzyme washes to eliminate surface pilling and create an ultra-smooth canvas optimized for high-resolution graphics.

Design customizations can be positioned across the full chest, center back, left chest placement, or extended along the outer sleeve panels. We engineer custom prints using high-definition Direct-to-Film (DTF) digital transfers, precision screen printing, 3D foam puff prints, high-density rubber prints, and foil prints in solid Pantone shades.

Custom Streetwear Jackets & Outerwear Manufacturing

Outerwear requires precise structural tailoring, balanced weight distribution, and premium hardware integration. We manufacture custom zip-up streetwear jackets utilizing heavy cotton twill, fleece, and heavyweight French Terry. Each piece is engineered with industrial anti-rust front metal zippers (front zipper closures only; no metal snap buttons), double-needle seam reinforcements, and deep interior or exterior welt pockets.

For outerwear branding and design customization, we integrate multi-head computerized embroidery for dense satin chest logos, 3D puff printing, high-density rubber prints, and custom solid linings engineered to match your collection's specific Pantone color palette.

Our winterwear manufacturing division knits 320 to 450 GSM 3-thread combed cotton French Terry loopknit, offering a heavyweight, structured drape with a cozy unbrushed loop interior. We craft custom full-zip technical hoodies featuring heavy metal hardware, split kangaroo pockets, and double-layered 3-piece hoods that stand upright naturally on the shoulders.

Custom graphic options include 3D high-raise foam puff printing across the chest and back, high-density embroidery along the hood rim, tonal sleeve typography, and metallic zipper plackets. Every hoodie is finished with pre-shrunk fabric processing to ensure zero dimensional shrinkage after home washing.

Beyond tops and outerwear, our Goregaon West workshop manufactures custom bottomwear including 320+ GSM French Terry sweatpants, baggy streetwear joggers, and athletic performance shorts. We build enclosed elasticated waistbands with durable matching drawstrings, deep phone pockets, and tapered or straight-leg cuffed ankle openings.

For collared apparel, we knit 220 to 260 GSM combed cotton piqué and sports dry-fit meshes with jacquard tipped collars, three-button plackets, and chest crest embroidery for upscale corporate merchandise and refined casual drops.
