PRINT & THREAD BLUEPRINTS
High-Density Plastisol
Excellent for bold chest logos, heavy hoodies, and streetwear brands. Prints are cured using high-temperature industrial drying ovens to eliminate color peeling and cracking.
Multi-Head Automated
Crisp chest badges and monograms stitched using automated Tajima-class embroidery platforms. We utilize high-density polyester threads that resist color fading during washes.
Activewear Sublimation
Full-coverage digital sublimation dyes for dry-fit jerseys. The colors are infused directly into the synthetic fabric threads to maintain breathability and avoid surface cracking.
Digital Direct-To-Garment
Perfect for complex multi-color photorealistic graphics and low MOQ startup runs. This system lays fine pigment layers directly onto cotton surfaces for soft-touch results.
Bulk Apparel Customization Ratios
We process custom orders with complete package flexibility. Corporate groups can select standard size scale options (ranging from S to 3XL) mapped onto classic pique pique collared shirts. Athletic franchises can coordinate complete kits containing custom dry-fit crewneck shirts, panel shorts, and warm-up track pants.
For private labels, we coordinate neck branding tags integration, sewing supplier woven size tags, satin wash care labels, and executing retail folding before polybagging.
